How do I claim the welcome bonus at Gamblezen?

Open your account, make your first deposit, and the 200% match up to C$680 plus 100 free spins on The Dog House is applied automatically. You don't need a promo code. The minimum deposit amount must be met to qualify, and the bonus is credited to your account immediately after the deposit is confirmed. The free spins are tied to a specific game, so you'll need to play them on The Dog House. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus funds and any winnings from the free spins before you can withdraw.

What are wagering requirements and how do they work?

Wagering requirements tell you how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before the winnings become withdrawable. If the requirement is 30x and your bonus is C$100, you need to place C$3,000 in total bets. Slots usually contribute 100% toward that total, while table games may contribute less or nothing at all. There's also a maximum bet limit while a bonus is active, typically around C$5 per spin. Exceeding that limit can result in the bonus being voided, so it's worth reading the specific terms for each offer before you start playing.

How long do withdrawals take?

We process withdrawals within 24 hours on our end. After that, the time depends on your payment method. E-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are usually the fastest, often completing within the same day once we've processed the request. Interac withdrawals typically arrive within one to two banking days. Bank transfers can take up to two banking days or slightly longer. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network congestion but are generally quick. If your account hasn't been verified yet, that can add time, so it's worth completing verification before you request your first withdrawal.

How do I download the Gamblezen app?

For Android, you download the APK directly from our website since it's not listed on the Google Play Store. You'll need to enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings first, then run the file once it's downloaded. It installs in under two minutes and works on Android 5.0 and above. For iOS, search for (Gamblezen Casino) in the App Store, tap (Get), and confirm the install. The iOS app requires version 12.0 or later. Both apps give you access to the full game library, bonuses, and account management.

How does account verification work?

We require identity verification before processing withdrawals. You'll need to submit a government-issued photo ID and proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. In some cases we may also ask for proof of your payment method. The verification process is standard across licensed
